Electronic Security Gate - The facility is protected by a 500 pound security gate that cannot be opened manually. The electronic gate opens only with the input of an authorized security code.

Security Fence - A 6 foot high chain link fences topped with barbed wire surrounds the perimeter of the entire site. The barbed wire deters entry and the chain link offers clear sight lines into the facility.

PIN Coded Gate Access Control - The Security Gate at the entrance to the site can only be opened by entering your personal security code into the key pad. The time and date of all PIN entries is electronically recorded. This allows tenants access to their bays while keeping unauthorized individuals out.

24 - 7 Digital Video Camera Monitoring - Digital video cameras record activity on the entire site 24 hours a day.   When the key pad at the electronic gate is activated, a camera records the time and picture of the person entering the access code.

Site and unit alarms - alarms must be responded to. A professional security company is immediately dispatched on every alarm.

Well lit site 24 hours a day - At night, high intensity lights on the outside of all buildings light the entire site making everything highly visible. Interior corridors are bright and well lit day and night.

Lock Down - The facility goes into lock down from 11:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. every day to discourage questionable use of a storage unit under cover of darkness.

Steel Building Construction - Storage units have been built utilizing the latest steel technology construction in order to reduce the chance of fire and rodents.

Fire Alarms and Individual Sprinklers - Each unit has its own sprinkler head to quickly extinguish any fire in the unlikely event a fire occurs in a unit.

Cylinder Locks - You receive your own cylinder lock when you move in. Only you have the key so that only you have access to your storage unit. The lock has a special “cut proof” design that makes unauthorized removal very difficult.
